Fully automatic stationary Single Pallet Machine ZENITH 850
The stationary single pallet machine offers universal production possibilities of high quality concrete elements. This machine is an ideal starter solution for medium scale markets or for ZENITH customers already operating multilayer machines of series 844, who want to expand their activities and change to single pallet production. One major advantage is that many machine components are designed identically to machine series 844. Moreover existing moulds can be installed without any modifications with the single pallet machine 850. Investments costs are reasonable. Model 850 is designed for products with 50 mm up to 400 mm stone height and covers the large scope of concrete elements for horizontal and vertical market segments as well as for landscaping.
The well proven ZENITH vibration system with the 3-part vibrating table, up-to-date hydraulic and electric control systems and the innovative touch operator panel offer performance at top level, low maintenance and easy operation of all machine functions.
By integrating the single pallet machine into a pallet handling system, the complete production sequence starting from the mixing of the concrete up to final stone cubes can be automated. The grade of automation can be adapted to local conditions - ranging from simple forklift handling to fully automatic systems with integrated stone finishing lines. Also a step by step expansion and a step by step investment are possible. In close cooperation, our experienced engineers will recommend you the best possible solution matching your project and market requirements.
The ZENITH service team attends you during erection and commissioning and provides full support by teleservice and spare parts supply.

Features
The machine is controlled via a 15” Touch-Panel. This innovative technology with self-explanatory and clearly structured menu navigation helps your operating personnel to familiarize with the machine within shortest time and to work efficiently right from the start.
The well proven ZENITH vibration system with 3-part vibrating table guarantees highest quality for your production. The 6 low maintenance motor vibrators are frequency-controlled and easily adjustable to different product requirements.
The back concrete feed drawer is equipped with a hydraulically operated grate. This device properly supports a fast and even filling of the mould with concrete und increases the machine’s performance.
The well proven tamper head quick change system and the electrical height adjustments of filling units make mould change easy. Setting times are reduced and availability of machine is increased.
Surfaces that are highly strained during production, for example the running rails or guide tables, are made of special steel. These parts are fixed via screw connections and can be exchanged easily.
The compact medium-pressure hydraulic system is equipped with three robust multi-star pumps. Main machine movements are controlled via proportional technology allowing individual production speeds depending on type of product.
