On 6 April 2017, Zenith Maschinenfabrik GmbH from Neunkirchen organized an in-house tradeshow at one of its customers’ headquarters, Gala-Lusit-Betonsteinwerke GmbH, in the town of Velten. Visitors were given the opportunity of witnessing the astounding performance of the newly developed Zenith 1500 concrete block plant installed on site. The Zenith 1500 offers a wide range of production options. Niche products, products for gardening and landscaping applications, but also pavers, curbstones and masonry blocks can be produced with this machinery.
About 130 international guests followed the invitation and met at Gala-Lusit in Velten. Visitors were especially focused on the new concrete block machine 1500 that features the newly developed UltraDynamic vibration technology. This way, interested specialists were able to draw a picture of the plant’s efficiency and the quality of the freshly manufactured products while the machine was running all day long under normal conditions, operating cycle after cycle and outputting concrete goods from Gala-Lusit’s product range.
But also the other components of the overall plant turned out to be of great interest. In Velten, Zenith has installations on both the dry and wet sides of the concrete block line, all of which were closely studied. Special interest aroused the lifting and lowering units as well as the finger car system (all double stack) and the entire electrically operated dry side featuring a palletizing system equipped with newly developed clamps.

Appealing weather conditions provided an ideal atmosphere to wander the astounding sample garden of Gala-Lusit, where one could get an impression of the product portfolio offered by the company.
