The Multi-Colour Process is designed for multi-colour concrete product manufacturing, conveying and supplying both base mix and face mix materials to designated positions along a rail track. It automatically discharges materials according to the feeding requirements of different production processes, supporting flexible material delivery for decorative concrete products.
The material hopper features a complete discharge design, eliminating the need for an additional material level sensor. Its traveling frame is driven by a variable-frequency motor, allowing adjustable travel speeds and ensuring smooth, reliable material conveying.
The base mix hopper and face mix multi-colour system are connected by steel rails. The face mix multi-colour system supplies power to support coordinated operation between the system components.
When integrated with a stationary multi-colour batching system, the Multi-Colour Process enables flexible material discharge and precise colour feeding. This configuration supports the production of decorative concrete paving blocks and other architectural concrete products with varied colour effects.

The flying hopper is equipped with an automatic discharge mechanism that transfers material without requiring an additional material-level sensor. Its integrated discharge design simplifies the feeding arrangement and supports a more streamlined material supply process.
